About the Founder
Naveed Bozorg
Construction has always been part of Naveed Bozorg's life. As a third-generation builder, he grew up learning the trade from his father, who built homes in western Pennsylvania. That early exposure sparked a passion that eventually became a career.
After earning a Business degree from the University of South Florida and a Master's degree in Construction Management from Florida International University, Naveed launched his first remodeling company before gaining valuable experience with some of the nation's most respected builders, including Lennar, Pulte, Toll Brothers, and boutique builder First Premier Builders in nearby Tequesta.
In 2018, Naveed relocated to northern Michigan, where he led a successful restoration company specializing in revitalizing historic homes. Restoring older properties deepened his appreciation for craftsmanship, quality construction, and the unique character every home has to offer.
When Florida called him home, he founded Native Custom Homes with a simple mission: to provide homeowners with a construction experience centered on integrity, quality, and personal service.
Today, Naveed remains personally involved in every project. His hands-on approach, commitment to communication, and attention to detail have become the foundation of the company's reputation.
