MEET THE OWNER
My name is Naveed Bozorg, and I'm a second generation homebuilder and a licensed general contractor. My father was a custom home builder in Pittsburgh, and I had many family members in the industry. There was no escaping construction zones as a child!
After obtaining a Business degree in college, I went on to earn a Masters degree in Construction Management from FIU. Following school, I started a remodeling company in 2010 with two cousins. Despite a loose business model, we did really well, but three years and one mortgage later, I opted to grow my expertise in new construction with larger, more established businesses in Florida. I worked with Lennar, Divosta, Toll Brothers, and custom builders throughout my career, strengthening my skillset in new construction. I loved bringing visions to life, taking ideas and birthing them into beautiful realities.
In 2018, I embraced an opportunity in Michigan to explore remodeling and older home restoration. I successfully managed that company for four years; restoring older homes was invigorating for me. However, the warm weather called me back to Florida, and Native Custom Homes was born. Residential homebuilding-and doing it the right way-is my passion.
